The conception of Mayió Cigars commenced with the intent to merge the world of male and female cigar lovers, cigar aficionados and cigar newcomers. The experience creates an atmosphere to escape, in which time does not exist and schedules do not matter. Where you can be yourself, free from judgment…where you can “be in your element…”

Our brand encourages your own style, sexiness, and smoothness because after all, “smooth is a lifestyle.”

We create and age our cigars overseas in the Dominican Republic and have them imported to the United States. We currently have three distinct blends of cigars: The Mayió Red, The Mayió Black (Our Signature Cigar), and the Mayió Gold.

For my signature cigar, I wanted to create a stick that resembled me, spicy with just the right amount of subtle sweetness.

My ancestors are of Cameroonian descent and of course being a Virginian, which was notorious for tobacco, this cigar is wrapped in Cameroon, one of the most sought after tobacco wrappers.

The Mayió Black is a robust cigar, but does not neglect its smoothness and integrity throughout the smoke. Not to mention, it is sure to create a nice aroma in the atmosphere.
