Nakia Shine Coleman better known by his stage name “Kia Shine “ and his popular alias and infamous adlib “Kinfolk” is an American hip hop recording artist, actor , writer & producer from Memphis, Tennessee. He is perhaps best known for his commercial debut gold -single "So Krispy", which is also the lead single from his 2007 debut album “Due Season” released on his imprint Rap Hustlaz /UniversalMotown, a deal procured by Sylvia Rhône fueled by his indie hits “Stunna Frames” , “Respect My Fresh” and “ I Be Everywhere”. Fan favorites like “Wow” helped Shine coined his own lane of Swag Music and was the first label the “Drip” sound so prevalent in music today.

Shine’s biggest hit record to date is his co-writer credit on Drake’s “Best I Ever Had,” The song garnered Shine is first Grammy nomination as well as 5 BMI Awards for his writer share. which has sold over 4 million singles to date. He has produced and featured on songs with fellow rappers,such as :Mike Jones, Yo Gotti, Lil Wayne, T.i., T-Pain, , Young Dolph, 8Ball & MJG, Nelly, Young Dro, Maino, Fabolous & Jim Jones, among others. Kia Shine is co-CEO, alongside rapper Jack Frost, of Rap Hustlaz.
