HIGH Fitness

The Return of Aerobics!

HIGH fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice!  The revival of this fitness trend has quickly become the hottest new workout across Canada and the US.  HIGH fitness has famous names and faces getting their sweat on in classes: Julianne Hough, Rachel Parcell, the LA Laker Dancers, and the Indianapolis Colts and Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders are taking classes and raving about them. Think Old School Aerobics made Modern. Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more because it’s so much fun!

HIGH Fitness is the vision of Amber Zenith (former dirt bike racer and tennis champ) and Emily Nelson (dance expert and journalism major).  They knew there was a better way than spending paining, dreaded hours in the gym. Already group exercise enthusiasts, they took old school aerobics and simplified the moves; added intense fitness-based moves; and made it more fun with music of all genres and decades. Aerobics is safer and more effective than ever before!  With their combined fitness, business, dance, and marketing backgrounds, in just 5 years, they have built a very successful fitness empire that changes the lives of people every day. They show people they are already great, they just have to believe it themselves.  HIGH Fitness has been featured in national and local media outlets across North America including People Magazine, HYPE, ABC, TSN, ESPN, FOX and more.

HIGH Fitness was established as a business in 2014. Amber came up with the concept in Calgary, Canada with the plan to partner up with her friend and colleague Emily Nelson in Utah.  Together they took a single class to the next level with classes now found in over 450 cities in North America. HIGH Fitness brings old school aerobics back with a modern twist. The Vision for HIGH Fitness is to make group fitness more accessible to more people, by creating something that everyone can follow. The Fitness Industry is telling people constantly that they are not enough. HIGH Fitness wanted to create a class as much about mental health, Then the physical health. Classes that cultivate a community atmosphere with a welcoming feel. HIGH Fitness wants to encourage clients to be the best version of themselves, as well as achieving the highest levels of confidence. HIGH Fitness will become a household name for 90% of gyms offer the brand. Many people love High Fitness classes because it so easy to follow. HIGH defines “Fitness” as a way of feeling good while burning off steam. A couple of inspiring aerobic / fitness instructors for HIGH Fitness would be Richard Simmons who was 100% Authentically himself, and Tracy Anderson who has modernized movement.
